Shipping & Delivery
1. We use Poslaju and J&T as our courier service providers. For orders delivered to Sabah & Sarawak, we will use Poslaju only.
2. Shipping is done every Monday to Friday excluding Malaysia & Selangor public holidays.
3. Your order will be shipped within 24-48 business hours after payment confirmation.
4. You can expect to receive your order in 2-7 business days after shipment. If you do not receive your order, please contact us via Whatsapp. Just hit the Whatsapp icon at the bottom-left of this page to contact us.
For delivery to Peninsular Malaysia, RM6 will be charged during checkout (specifically for Customer accounts).
This applies for both Poslaju and J&T.
For delivery to Sabah/Sarawak, RM12 will be charged during checkout (specifically for Customer accounts).
How to Track Order
Once your order has been placed and paid successfully, we will then assign a tracking number to track your order. You can get the tracking number via email and you can also check the tracking number by logging in to your account on daughtersofmalaya.com.
For pre-order items, we will ship them according to the delivery date specified on the item page.
If your order contains both ready-stock and pre-order items, we will ship them according to pre-order delivery date.
Pickup from Warehouse (Location: Jalan Meranti Puchong)
1. At the moment, we do not have a walk-in gallery and our warehouse is only open for pickup by appointment which can be made from Monday to Friday (2-5pm) excluding Malaysia & Selangor public holidays.
2. If you prefer to pickup your order from our warehouse, please Whatsapp us to place an order and make an appointment for pickup. To Whatsapp, just hit the Whatsapp icon on the bottom-left of this page.
3. You will not be charged any additional fee for Pickup from our Warehouse.
4. There is no urgent pickup. You will need to submit your order via Whatsapp and your item will be ready for pickup within 24 business hours after payment.
